What information do you need to quote U-bolts and threaded rod?
Pipe size or OD per U-bolt line item, thread diameter and length for rod, quantities, grade and finish. A simple spreadsheet BOM is fine — these are high-volume, fast-turn items and we price straight from your list.
Which grades and thread standards are available?
Carbon steel in grade 4.8 and 8.8, and A2/A4 stainless. Threads are metric M6–M56 as standard, with UNC available on request, and rod is supplied in cut lengths or 1 m / 2 m / 3 m stock.
What finishes do you recommend for coastal projects?
For GCC coastal and outdoor sites we default to hot-dip galvanized unless your specification says otherwise; zinc plating and Dacromet are available for less aggressive environments, and SS304/A2 or A4 stainless where the line itself is stainless. U-bolts can be plastic-coated to isolate stainless pipe from carbon steel.
Can hardware be kitted with other supports, and is there a minimum order?
Yes — U-bolts, rod, beam clamps and accessories are routinely consolidated into the same shipment as clamps, shoes or strut, so one PO completes the assembly. Minimum order quantities depend on size and finish and are confirmed at quotation.
What documentation and packing are provided?
Material certificates on request, a packing list per carton and pallet, and the commercial documents your customs clearance requires. Hardware is bagged and boxed per size and palletized for sea freight.
