Do you fabricate to project standards?
Yes — fabrication is one-to-one to project standard drawings or client details, covering welded T-type and saddle shoes, clamped shoes, spider and U-type guides, and fixed anchors and stops built to structural details. Welds receive visual inspection, with MT/PT where your specification calls for it.
What materials, slide plates and finishes are available?
Carbon steel fabrications with primer, epoxy system or hot-dip galvanized finish; clamped shoes suit stainless or coated lines where welding to the pipe is not permitted. Sliding supports take PTFE, PTFE/carbon or graphite slide plates with a friction factor of 0.1 or lower.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
These are project-fabricated items, so quantities simply follow your drawing take-off — from a handful of anchors to a full pipe-rack scope. Any minimum order considerations are confirmed at quotation.
What documentation and packing are provided?
Dimensional inspection reports against the fabrication drawings, NDT reports where specified, and material certificates on request. Supports are match-marked to your tag numbers and packed for sea freight with a packing list per case or pallet.
