Power generation — constant support installation
Two installed constant-support records show the units above insulated process piping, connected into structural steel in a live-plant access environment.

Real field photographs and manufacturing records supplied by the manufacturing base: installed supports and damping equipment, testing, assembly, production batches, packing and dispatch. For a buyer-side evidence chain from drawing revision to release records, read the pipe support manufacturing verification guide.
CLIENT AND PROJECT NAMES, DESTINATIONS AND COMMERCIAL DETAILS ARE WITHHELD. INDUSTRY AND APPLICATION CONTEXT IS RETAINED.

Constant support units documented after installation, including the suspended load path, local steelwork and the access conditions around the pipe run.

Onsite installation and equipment records for cylindrical damping units. The organization name on the visible helmet in the first photograph is pixelated; the worker and equipment are not altered.

Lower-resolution archive photographs retained to show installed support equipment and the surrounding refinery piping environment without publishing the project identity.

These real manufacturing-base photographs are grouped by what they demonstrate. Small labels and handwritten shop references that are not legible at normal viewing size are retained; no customer or project name is published in the captions. For translated machine names, models and commissioning dates, see the manufacturing and inspection equipment register summary. For shipment records, the crate-to-tag reconciliation guide explains why a package photograph does not by itself confirm contents or item quantity.

These photographs support factory-batch and product-family statements. For the hydraulic operating principle, catalogue load groups and selection inputs, see Hydraulic Snubbers for Piping; the photographs alone do not identify a model or rating.

A complete support package for a main piping system: engineered spring units, rigid supports, lined clamps and hardware, sized tag by tag from the project schedule. Every support was tagged to match the packing list, wrapped individually, and crated with moisture barrier — one photo record per crate before the container doors closed.

Fabricated supports for high-pressure valve stations — heavy welded assemblies, painted, match-marked and braced into open crates so nothing shifts in transit. Packed under cover, inspected piece by piece before release.
